My Denver Therapy

Hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor in our Denver office

We’re hiring an active licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Colorado to work out of our office in Denver (near Cherry Creek) for 20-30 hours per week.

If you see 20+ clients per week, you can expect to make over $100k per year depending on your availability. You can expect your caseload to be full in about 3 to 4 months.

Compared to many other private practices in the Denver area, you’ll take home a dramatically higher percentage of your rates because of how we effectively manage costs. We’ve built our practice for therapists like you to find your “forever work home.” If you’re a talented therapist, you should not be giving 50% (or more!) of your rate to the business you work for. That’s not ok, and it’s not something that we’ll ever do.

We’re a successful private practice with offices in Greenwood Village, Denver, and Lone Tree. Our private pay-only clients (individualsteenscouples, and families) and referrals come to our offices from throughout the Denver area, and we care about providing our best to each one of them.

As a group practice, we see over 100 clients every week, and we help our new clients get started in days or weeks, not months. Most of our therapists have waiting lists, and we want each of them to be incredibly successful at what they do.

We’re all set up with billing and all administrative things you’ll need to do your best work. We receive many inbound requests and referrals from people looking for the many specific types of therapy that we offer, including EMDRKetamine-assisted therapyIFS, and faith-based counseling.

If you’re looking for a supportive place to work where you can continue doing what you love, we’d love to meet you.

Who we’re looking for

After years of successfully working with our clients and expanding our practice, we’re looking for a talented, dependable, motivated counselor or therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who is licensed in Colorado to join our team and see 20+ clients per week in person. Based on the requests for therapy we receive most often, we’re looking for a therapist with some or all of the following:

  • LPC or LMFT with experience working one on one with clients: We have therapists from many different backgrounds with different specializations.
  • Trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT or another major therapy modality, including brain spotting.
  • Experience with faith-based counseling: Many of our referrals come from local churches.
  • Client-focused mentality with excellent communication skills in person, on email, and text message: We believe in getting back to our clients quickly to help them get on the schedule.
  • Willing to work in-person at our Denver therapy office for a minimum of 3 days per week: It’s becoming increasingly more rare for clients to want teletherapy only. In-person appointments will dramatically improve your ability to fill your caseload quickly.

Because of the culture we’ve built and our ability to get our therapists the types of clients they want, every therapist we’ve ever hired is still part of our team. We’d love for you to join us and find a forever job where you love what you do.
