Secondly, therapy offers a professional perspective on issues by trained mental health professionals, who can provide practical solutions and coping mechanisms to handle your life circumstances. 

Thirdly, therapy can help individuals develop self-awareness and insight into their behaviors and patterns which can provide your life with so much wisdom. Proverbs 4:5-6 says, “Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.” Fourthly, therapy can assist in establishing healthy boundaries and communication skills, which are tools you will use in all relationships: work relationships, romantic relationships, friendships, etc. Lastly, therapy can aid in the healing of past traumas and unresolved emotional wounds with the assistance from a licensed therapist.

It is important to note that therapy is not a quick fix as it takes time, effort, and commitment to see positive results. Additionally, finding the right therapist can be a process of trial and error, as not every therapist is the right fit for every client, so stay patient and committed to the process.
