Attachment-based therapy in Denver, Colorado

Are you struggling with relationship patterns that are holding you back? If you identify with any of the following, Attachment-Based Therapy may be the right approach for you:

  • Difficulty forming or maintaining close relationships: Do you find it challenging to connect with others on a deep level?
  • Persistent insecurity or anxiety: Are you constantly worried about the intentions of others or your own worthiness of love?
  • A history of unstable or tumultuous relationships: Have you experienced a pattern of unhealthy or chaotic relationships?
  • Craving closeness but fearing vulnerability or rejection: Do you desire intimacy but struggle to open up or trust others?
  • A tendency to keep others at arm’s length: Do you find it difficult to let others in or form meaningful connections?
  • Challenges in trusting others: Have you been betrayed or hurt in the past, making it difficult to trust others?
  • Repeatedly falling for emotionally unavailable partners: Do you find yourself drawn to partners who are emotionally distant or unavailable?

If you recognize any of these issues in your own life, Attachment-Based Therapy can provide valuable tools and strategies to help you heal from past wounds, develop healthier attachment styles, and build more fulfilling relationships.

What sets Attachment-Based Therapy apart from other therapeutic approaches?

Unlike many therapies that focus solely on current symptoms, Attachment-Based Therapy delves deeper into the underlying causes of your difficulties. By exploring your early life experiences, including childhood trauma, and relational dynamics, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of how your attachment patterns have shaped your current challenges.

This holistic approach allows us to address the root causes of your issues, leading to more lasting and meaningful healing. Through Attachment-Based Therapy, you can:

  • Gain insight into your attachment style.
  • Heal from past traumas and wounds.
  • Develop healthier coping mechanisms.
  • Build stronger and more satisfying relationships.

Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.
